Environ Homes believes in working with absolute detail in the first stage itself – The Drawing Board. All our concepts, designs and drawings are finalised before commencing work on the land.
We ensure to brainstorm and work meticulously on structural drawings, civil drawings, plumbing details, false ceiling details, electrical automation drawings, etc. in the beginning, so that execution of the same becomes uncomplicated.

Facade
For Us, The Facade of the building represents what our imagination and our creative intent for the project is. the aim is to display and create somethings which is neat, clean and yet detailed to look at. we deliver maintenance free facade by using materials like aluminium, zinc, facade Tiles. we do not use paints on our facades in any of our projects.
Stilt Parking & Lift Lobby
The Stilt Parking in our properties is spacious to ensure easy vehicle maneuverability with automatic gates. Keeping the electrical revolution in mind, we provide charging stations at every bay/row. The elevator lobby is aesthetically done with fabric wallpapers, wooden panelling, etc. to give a rich feel to it.

Bathroom
All Our bathrooms are designed very carefully to give a warm and comforting feeling to the person using it. All of them have Floor-to-ceiling marbles or tiles as they are easy to clean and maintain, unlike paint, which needs to be refreshed as the years roll on. We also use various styles of Wood and concrete finishes in various parts to give a unique aesthetic to each.
Servant Quarter
Invariably while planning a home, people forget to pay attention to the basic level comforts of your live in help or chauffeur. We give precise attention to this aspect also. A small store room, is also generally provided with most of our homes to give you that extra corner for things you don’t want seen but yet don’t want to dispense off with.
Site Visit
- Site Visits to Environ Homes Properties are exclusively by invitation. All rights of admissions are reserved.
- Your visit is mandatorily under the guidance of our Site supervisor/manager.
- Site visits to sites under construction can only be undertaken after following the “Safety Norms” displayed at the site. These include wearing Safety Helmets and following instructions of the Site Supervisor.
- NO Shoes or Footwear, please. You are provided clean, single-use Foot Covers dispensed through automatic dispensing machines.
- NO Photography or Videography.
- NO entry without complete entry of personal details in the Visitors Register.
GST
Sale of building before its first occupation or before issuance of completion certificate will be taxed under GST, and shall be treated as supply of service.
Thus, no GST is applicable on the resale of the flats, on completed flats having Occupation Certificate or Building Completion Certificate which is popularly known as BU permission.
All under-construction flats that are sold by the builder or resale of under-construction flats when the balance amount is payable to the builder, GST is payable @ 12% of the total sale consideration (18% GST on 2/3 of the Purchase Price; 1/3 of Purchase Price taken as cost of undivided land attracting no GST)
STAMP DUTY
Stamp Duty is a fee charged by the government when you buy a home in Gurgaon. Stamp Duty rates are determined as follows:
- For registration of Property in the name of a Female buyer: 5% of the Purchase Price.
- For registration of Property in the joint name of a Female and Male buyer: 6% of the Purchase Price.
- For registration of Property in the name of a Male buyer or a Company or any other legal entity: 7% of Purchase Price
